TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCOUNT / ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Orders are accepted through our website and whatsApp .

SHIPPING TIME :
The shipping time varies in peak seasons. Normally the shipping time is 7-10 working days. However, during peak seasons it could be 7-21 working days. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time, please email us at info@sheer-qa.com or WhatApp .

PAYMENT
We accept payments online using Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and NAPS.We do do not accept any bank transfer .Your order will be accepted after we receive the payment in full.

EXCHANGE-REFUND-RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZE CHART before making a purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at info@sheer-qa.com or Whatsapp quoting your order number and sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of any requested alteration additional charge will apply.

Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason,

  • The item must not be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.
  • The item with all the original packaging .
  • The item on Sale/Special Promotions considered as a final sale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
Items will be returned by a courier we provide and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

ALTERATION
We offer free alterations for local orders only, within 7 days of receiving the order, otherwise alteration coast will apply.
We do not offer alterations for International orders. 

COLLECT / DELIVERY

Please note that delivery / collection costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellation or exchange once you place an order with us.
